How do I navigate bridal magazines?

When I became engaged, I went bridal magazine crazy. I bought subscriptions to Bridal Guide, Brides, Modern Bride, and Martha Stewart weddings. They started arriving around Christmas time when I was busy and now I have 2-3 issues of each, most of which I have not read due to it being the holiday season, then beginning my senior spring semester of nursing school…

Should I go through them page by page?

Does it really make a difference if you tear out pictures of your favorite bridal gowns? I’ve thought about it, but know that how a dress looks in a picture can be completely different than how it looks on your body.

Basically, what should I keep and what should I toss?

Here is what I did…I breezed through them, ripped out pictures of things that I liked, information that I wanted to keep, ideas that I might use, etc. Then, I put them in my wedding planner in the category that they belonged.
