Did I get enough for her bridal shower?

My best friend is getting married on April 21st and one of her bridal showers is on Thursday. I went out last night and got her a soap dish, a lotion dispencer, and a shower curtain, all of which were on her registery and cost me about $30 all together. I’m also making some snacks to take to the shower ($20), throwing her bachelorette party ($50-$70), and holding the camera at the ceremony. However, I feel like I didn’t get her enough gifts for the shower. Everything else on the registery was just so expensive and I have rent ($600) and a truck payment ($250) to pay this week. Did I get her enough or should I have gotten more?

I think you have been and are being very generous to your friend and are doing more than enough. Besides, it’s not really about the money. It’s about being there for her and sharing these special occasions with her. You’re a good friend.
