What is a good idea for centerpieces for our outdoor wedding?

We are having an outdoor wedding and want some ideas on centerpieces for our tables,we have 68 tables and need to know what to do for them without doing the whole floating candle in water thing, so I need like about 6-8 different kinds of ideas, Thank you

Do you have a theme? What are your wedding colors?

Do you want to use flowers? Flowers can get pretty expensive…especially when you are talking about decorating so many tables.
